Payment and Abandonment All fees and charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. OneAmerica I.T. Solutions may update or adjust fees by providing advance notice. Payment is required within five business days after notification. Any unclaimed property will be forfeited after 30 days. A daily storage fee of $5 applies starting the sixth day after notification.
Modification to Terms of Service Terms and conditions may be modified from time to time. Customers will be notified via our website. Continued use of services constitutes agreement to updated terms. We reserve the right to change or discontinue services without notice.
Customer Data Responsibility Customers must back up their data before service. OneAmerica I.T. Solutions is not liable for loss, alteration, or corruption of any data or media, regardless of whether backup service was requested.
Limitations to Service Service may be declined or refunded if the technical requirements exceed standard scope or if minimum system conditions are not met. Removed parts become property of OneAmerica I.T. Solutions for proper disposal.
